Exchanges and Returns
Not entirely satisfied or did you choose the wrong size? No worries. You can register your order for an exchange or return within 30 days. Do you want to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal? That is also easily done online.
You can register your exchange, return, or withdrawal online here. Here is how it works:
Go to our return portal
- Step 1: Enter your order number (see your order confirmation email) and postal code.
- Step 2: Select the products you wish to exchange, return, or withdraw your purchase for.
- Step 3: Choose what you want to do:
> Exchange immediately (size): choose your new size directly.
> Other variant (color, neckline, or other product): specify your desired item, and we will take care of it for you. - Step 4: You will receive instructions by email to create your return label.
As soon as we have received your return:
- In the case of an exchange, we will send you the new item(s) free of charge.
- In the case of a return, we will process your request according to our terms and conditions.
Please note that the return shipping costs for your package are at your own expense.
Good to know!
- As of June 25, 2026, we will be using a new return portal via Returnista.
- Did you register your return before this date? Then it will still be handled according to the previous procedure.
Are you a customer outside the EU? Then please fill in our return form. so you can use our returns portal.
